Foreign rights updates

Slovenian publisher MiS has purchased the rights to Destroying Avalon by Kate McCaffrey while German publisher Araki Verlag will publish a German language edition of True Country by Kim Scott.

Foreign Rights Manager Clive Newman and Media and Promotions Manager Claire Miller attended the Frankfurt Book Fair in October where they met with some forty international publishers and agents.

“Strong interest was shown across our list with three more contracts under negotiation and further negotiations and sales expected to continue into 2011,” said Newman.
