Retailers who do not have an account with Penguin Books Australia may be offered a direct account with Fremantle Press.
Title to the goods shall remain vested in the Publisher and shall not pass to the Bookseller until full payment of the purchase price of the books and all other amounts owing to the Publisher have been received by the Publisher.
Terms of Trade may be varied for special events but shall not affect the standard trading terms.
