What I Now Know
To coincide with the release of our memoir collection Women of a Certain Age, Fremantle Press is asking you to get involved in our campaign to bring new voices out into the world.
We believe every woman has a story to tell and wisdom to share. From Thursday 1 March, we invite women of all ages and cultures to share with us what they now know about life.
To get involved, download the blank postcard below and follow these instructions:
- On your postcard, write what you now know.
- Take a photo.
- Share on social media using the hashtags #certain #pressforprogress and #womenofacertainage and tagging @fremantlepress. You can also blog it if you have a blog.
- Get your friends and family to participate. There’s no age limit – anyone can join in!
The online campaign will run until International Women’s Day on Thursday 8 March, when Women of a Certain Age will be published.
Featuring 15 memoirs from a range of Australian women including Jeanine Leane, Liz Byrski, Sarah Drummond and Anne Aly, this book offers personal explorations of belonging, identity and the unexpected freedoms that come with age.
The collection is edited by Jodie Moffat, Maria Scoda and Susan Laura Sullivan.
