The stage version of Tracy Farr’s novel The Hope Fault opens at WAAPA next month and we’ve got two double passes to give away
Fremantle Press author Tracy Farr will land in WA early next month to see her novel The Hope Fault performed at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). She’ll also be doing a number of events in the Perth area in the weeks leading up to and during the show.
We’ve got two double passes to give away for the play, which runs from 11 to 17 October. To find out how to enter, head over to our Facebook page.
Tickets to the show will be on sale from Tuesday 17 September, so make sure you get ready to grab yours before they sell out.
Tracy said, ‘I can’t wait to land back in WA and see The Hope Fault performed by the brilliant WAAPA acting students. On opening night – a year after I first saw them in early workshops for the play – I’ll be sitting in the audience, in the dark, holding my breath, excited beyond words to see and hear my novel brought to the stage by the students and staff of WAAPA under writer–director Andrew Hale.
‘It’s important to me to maintain and renew my connections with the WA writing and books community, so I’m thrilled to be doing a number of other events in and around Perth while I’m here.’
Tickets for the performances can be booked through the WAAPA website.
