A celebration of stories at Geraldton’s Big Sky Readers and Writers Festival

Geraldton’s annual literary festival is celebrating 20 years of stories in 2025 with an exciting and entertaining program.

We’re so thrilled that several Fremantle Press authors will be taking part: join Gillian O’Shaughnessy (In Your Arms), Dave Warner (When It Rains), Jon Doust (Return Ticket) and Lisa Ellery (Hot Ground), and 2025 Fogarty Literary Award shortlisted writer Serena Moss as they discuss plot versus character, deliver workshops on flash fiction and tweaking the truth for storytelling purposes. You can even take part in a literary-based speed dating session!
