Fremantle Press authors head to Mandurah Readers’ and Writers’ Festival

Mandurah’s exciting writers’ festival is back for 2026! Taking place from 8–10 January at Seashells Resort in Mandurah, the festival has something for every adult reader.

A panel discussion on Rivers Flow: Reflections on the songs of Archie Roach and Ruby Hunter with collection editor Casey Mulder and contributors Cindy Solonec and Luisa Mitchell kicks off the festival from 6.00 pm on Thursday 8 January. Then catch David Price in conversation about his latest non-fiction work, The Shameful Isles, at 9.30 am on Friday 9 January. Authors Leigh Straw (The Petticoat Parade) and Shaeden Berry (An Unexpected Party) are also appearing to discuss their latest releases.
