Armadale Writers’ Festival 2026

The Armadale Writers’ Festival program has dropped for 2026 and there’s something for everyone.
For the readers, there are two exciting in-conversation events: Patrick Marlborough will be discussing their screwball comedy, Nock Loose on Wednesday 9 September at Seville Grove Library, and Molly Schmidt will be discussing her award-winning fiction novel, Salt River Road on Friday 11 September at Armadale Library.
Are you a writer? For the historical fiction writers, author Bernice Barry (The Names of a Hare) will take you through the basics of writing in the genre.
All events are free! Book in here: Armadale Writers’ Festival 2026 | Humanitix
