Richard Mills is one of Australia’s leading composers, conductors and musical directors. Between 1996 and 2007 he was commissioned by various organisations across Australia to unite three different operas which have been performed in Western Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Richard took up the role of Artistic Director with Victorian Opera in 2013, following twelve years in this role with the West Australian Opera. He lives in Melbourne.
