Retailers without a UBD account

Retailers who do not have an account with Penguin Books Australia may be offered a 30-Day Credit Account, subject to their agreement to pay in full all invoices raised in any one month not later than the end of the following month. Payment outside of the agreed terms may result in suspension or withdrawal of the 30-Day Credit Account.

Title to the goods shall remain vested in the Publisher and shall not pass to the Bookseller until full payment of the purchase price of the books and all other amounts owing to the Publisher have been received by the Publisher.

Terms of Trade may be varied for special events but shall not affect the standard trading terms.
