Aïsha Trambas is an Afro-Greek arts worker based on Wurundjeri and Boonwurrung land. She is interested in becoming more herself, and figuring out what she’s meant to be doing here. These endeavours take shape through Aïsha’s various practices in writing, visual art, zine-making, facilitation and event production. Aïsha was the program coordinator of the Emerging Writers’ Festival in 2019, and has performed at YIRRAMBOI Festival, Still Nomads’s ‘Displace and Displant’ at Arts House, Melbourne Writers’ Festival and Melbourne Fringe. This bio will be more coherent one day. She’ll get there.
