Robert Drewe

Robert Drewe was born in Melbourne and grew up in Perth. His novels and short stories have been widely translated, won many national and international prizes and been adapted for film, television, radio and theatre. His memoir The Shark Net was adapted as an ABC and BBC television miniseries. His 1996 novel The Drowner was shortlisted for all five Australian premiers’ awards.
