New flyer with teaching ideas

Our Skate into 2015 flyer has teaching ideas for three new Fremantle Press books.

Carousel by Brendan Ritchie is a YA novel to be published in May 2015.
When Nox, Lizzy, Taylor and Rocky find themselves trapped in a shopping centre, they eat fast food, watch bad TV and wait for the mess to be sorted. But when days turn to weeks, then weeks turn to months, a sense of menace grows as they try to uncover the truth behind their imprisonment.

Dropping In by Geoff Havel is a novel for middle readers to be published in April 2015.
Three mates, a beat-up old couch, a couple of skateboards and a steep hill … what could possibly go wrong? This action-packed story shows just how valuable good friends can be when you’re living with a disability.

Harold and Grace by Sean E. Avery is a picture book to be published in April 2015.
Two tiny eggs survive a brutal storm and hatch at the same time. Harold the tadpole and Grace the caterpillar become friends. But as they grow, they grow apart. A hilarious tale about the metamorphosis of friendship by the creator of All Monkeys Love Bananas.
