Bedford at Supanova

Black Light author K.A. Bedford will join the exclusive author panel at the 2015 Perth Supanova Pop Culture Expo in June. The two-day expo brings together creative talent and tens of thousands of adoring fans under one roof for a weekend of meet and greets and cosplay.

This will be the second time the multiple award-winning author will attend the expo. He will join a panel of science fiction writers, meet fans and sign books.

‘It’s always good to connect with people who already know your work, and would like to meet the author, and with people who are completely new to it, who know nothing about you,’ said Bedford.

Bedford said as well as authors, guests will include television and movie actors and people who do voice work for games and animated series.

‘It’s the most fun you can have with a costume on … tens of thousands of people of all ages, many of them in brilliant costumes they’ve made themselves, will come along to celebrate their interests,’ said Bedford.

The all-ages expo celebrates comic books, fantasy, pulp TV and movies, console gaming, science fiction and much more. The Perth Supanova Pop Culture Expo will run on 27–28 June at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Tickets can be purchased on Supanova’s website or at the door.
