Stronger, safer, smarter – resilient living for better health

No matter who we are or what we do, things sometimes go wrong in life. As such, a happy life is not one that is free of challenges and conflicts; rather it is one where we can learn to be resilient in the face of adversity. As the old adage states, it is not what happens to us that matters but rather how we deal with what happens to us.

Professor Toni Noble is an expert in helping kids to develop resilience at school and beyond. She understands that many of the ingredients of wellbeing are grounded in our ability to deal with set backs, see problems as challenges and remain hopeful and optimistic in life. In her chapter in Better than Ok Toni highlights some key messages to help young people develop their resiliency and prosper in life. Click on the infographic below for more information.
