Fremantle Press intern promoted to marketing and communications role

Aimee Harrison has joined Fremantle Press as the marketing and communications assistant, commencing on 1 December 2025. Working four days a week while completing her studies, Aimee will provide essential support in author care, PR campaigns and event management.
Adam Matthews will be finishing his role as Fremantle Press Publicist at the end of November. Adam will stay in the industry, exploring the opportunity to set up his own business as a bookseller.
CEO of Fremantle Press Alex Allan said Adam had been a wonderful team member during two and a half years at the Press but said she was also excited to have Aimee on the team. Alex said, ‘Aimee began her journey with Fremantle Press as a Marketing and Communications Intern producing our 50-year Anniversary Program Launch, which she will deliver on 29 November. The team has been impressed by her organisational skills, her enthusiasm for the brand and the fresh ideas she brings to the table. We can’t wait to celebrate our 50th year by welcoming an engaged emerging arts worker like Aimee to the industry.’
Aimee is a Bachelor of Commerce student, majoring in Marketing and Public Relations at the University of Notre Dame Australia. Throughout her studies, Aimee has been a social media manager for various hospitality venues, developing expertise in content creation and audience engagement. She has also been a ballet and contemporary dance teacher, holding a strong passion for local arts and engaging with diverse audiences.
