Invent and design a new crystal skull or create an ancient wonder based on Mark Greenwood’s latest History Hunter book

Relics from a legendary lost island, or just an elaborate hoax? Whatever the truth is behind the mysterious and legendary crystal skulls featured in The Crystal Skulls by Mark Greenwood, this is a chance for curious students to unleash their imagination.
In the first free activity sheet, students can give their skull a name, some extraordinary powers, and describe its discovery.
In the second activity, have students investigate another ancient wonder – such as Tutankhamen’s Golden Mask or Stonehenge – and create a case file for the mystery.
These fun activities help bring The Crystal Skulls to life while engaging creativity and developing an interest in history and geography.
For more activities that will have students hunting through history, download our free teaching notes, and check out the rest of the History Hunter series.
