It’s time for some shelf-care this Men’s Health Week

This week is Men’s Health Week and we want to help shine a light on the importance of self-care with some shelf-care.

The University of Sussex found that even six minutes of reading can decrease stress levels by 68%, making it a fantastic way to relax.¹ To help you promote reading and its stress-relief benefits to the beloved men in your life, we’re offering you the chance to win our Shelf-care Pack.

It’s simple to enter: just visit our Facebook, Instagram or Twitter pages and look for our shelf-care post, tag a man in the comments and send him some warm fuzzies, emoji-style. He’ll go in the running for the book stack and you’ll go into the draw too! That’s two stacks – one for you and one for him.

The packs include: Invisible Boys by Holden Sheppard, Meet Me at the Intersection by Ambelin Kwaymullina and Rebecca Lim, Father of the Lost Boys by Yuot A. Alaak, The Happy Bowel by Dr Michael Levitt, How I Became the Mr Big of People Smuggling by Martin Chambers, Vagabond Holes by Niall Lucy and Chris Coughran, Derby by Sean Gorman and David Whish-Wilson, The Valley by Steve Hawke, Marlborough Man by Alan Carter and Off the Wall by Kyle Hughes-Odgers.

Competition closes at 5 pm AWST, Sunday 21 June. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and contacted via direct message on Tuesday 23 June 2020.
