The inaugural Totally Lit Festival brings adventures to the Port City of Fremantle

The Port City of Fremantle is set for a literary takeover with the inaugural Totally Lit Festival taking place from 26 September to 10 October.
Two-time Miles Franklin Award winner Kim Scott will open the festival on Friday 26 September with a keynote presentation at the WA Maritime Museum.
Also joining the lineup includes Fremantle Press authors Gillian O’Shaughnessy, Caitlin Maling, Jayden Boundry, Chemutai Glasheen, Yirga Gelaw Woldeyes, Afeif Ismail, David Whish-Wilson, Cheryl Kickett-Tucker, Isobel Bevis, Annabel Smith, Helen Milroy, Robert Edeson, Prema Arasu, Mike Lefroy, Frané Lessac, Emily Paull, Shannon Meyerkort, Melinda Tognini, Sharron Booth, Chenee Marrapodi, Donna Mazza, Deb Fitzpatrick and Meg McKinlay.
On Tuesday 30 September, David Whish-Wilson will launch his pacy new thriller O’Keefe, which is set in the Fremantle port, alongside fellow author Richard King at Republic of Fremantle, where they’ll discuss their latest books in conversation with Sean Gorman.
